We are looking for Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative you will be handling calls for a variety of clients. For example, taking reservations, setting appointments, taking donations, and more.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
Internet connection of at least 10 Mbps up and 20 Mbps down.
Patience and ability to accept constructive feedback
Private workspace in your home with a door, where ambient noise can be minimized during work time
Availability 4am-10pm PST
Good attendance
Proficient spelling and grammar
1 Year of experience in customer service
Prior experience working at home or off site, helpful
Must be at least 18 years of age

Computer Minimum Requirements:
Windows 10 or 11 operating system
8GB of RAM
250GB Hard Disk Space
Google chrome installed
USB Headset with in line mute switch
Laptop or desktop that is no less than 2 years old
Functioning monitor and associated cables
Ethernet cable to connect to router, WIFI will not be allowed
Camera
Must not be using a VPN (virtual private network) application.
Chromebooks are NOT allowed. You must be using Windows 10 or 11.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Moderate technical proficiency in internet browsing
Data entry

Work Hours:
Part Time and Full Time shifts
