As a Customer service Representative at TeleDirect you will field a variety of inbound calls. A few of the functions performed by our Employees include but are not limited to seminar reservations, auto loan applications, PBS donation and catalog orders.

Minimum Requirements:
Flexible availability (Recently hired Employees are asked to work evenings and weekends)
Proficient and accurate typing
Patience and ability to accept constructive feedback
Good attendance
Proficient spelling is a MUST
Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay Rate:
Customer Service Representatives earn $11.50 per hour after the training phase their employment. Based on their performance the training phase lasts 4 to 6 months, during which time they earn an introductory wage of $10.00 per hour.
