As a Customer service Representative at TeleDirect you will field a variety of inbound calls. A few of the functions performed by our Employees include but are not limited to seminar reservations, auto loan applications, PBS donation and catalog orders.

Minimum Requirements:
Flexible availability (Recently hired Employees are asked to work evenings and weekends)
Proficient and accurate typing
Patience and ability to accept constructive feedback
Good attendance
Proficient spelling is a MUST

Pay Rate:
Customer Service Representative $10.00 per hour. This is an introductory wage you will have the opportunity to earn $11.50 per hour within 4 months.
