As a Customer Service Representative at TeleDirect you will field a variety of inbound calls. A few of the customers our CSR`s support are seminar reservations, auto loan applications, PBS donations and catalog orders.

Minimum Requirements:
Flexible availability (Recently hired employees are asked to work evenings and weekends.)
Proficient and accurate typing
Patience and ability to accept constructive feedback
Good attendance
Proficient spelling and grammar
Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay Rate:
Customer Service Representatives earn $11.00 per hour. Based on performance level advancement opportunities are available within the first 6 months of employment and include a pay increase to 12.00 per hour once you successfully advance to D Level.
